This past week, Philadelphia was the backdrop for the American Association for Justice's (AAJ) annual Workers' Compensation Seminar. Mr. Nicholas Pothitakis, elected as the Chairman of the National Workers' Compensation Section at last year's convention in Seattle, deftly guided the proceedings from July 14th to 17th.
The snapshot captured on July 16th shows Pothitakis at the podium (featured here). His leadership during the multiday seminar symbolizes his commitment to workers' rights, including access to trustworthy representation for workers’ compensation cases. His responsibility extended beyond introductions, as he presented an array of esteemed speakers, further setting the stage for thought-provoking discussions.
The American Association for Justice is one of the nation’s largest and strongest organizations that promotes justice and fairness for injured persons, including people who were injured at work in all industries. People and legal circles in all 50 states have come to trust and applaud the AAJ for its constant efforts to protect the rights of the injured. Its mission statement has never faltered, which is one of the reasons why Attorney Pothitakis was so honored to be asked to host the recent Workers’ Compensation Seminar. He, too, shares the AAJ’s unwavering passion for representing the working class.
